I am interested in how much these will sell for. I think you may have made a little more money if you had seperated them because some people may just need one for their collection and the price should get pretty high.

Peace usually sells in the neighborhood of $200 and the other two generally seem to sell for around $100 each so it will be very interesting to see if they bring in $400 together.

be careful because ebay is going take it off the auction bid. because it is violating prince rights.they do not want you to sell any items that were only available through the npgmusicclub.ebay is watching 4 all items like that as well as bootlegs.

First off, ebay doesn't really pay that much attention. Apart from countless bootlegs, counterfeits and fakes/CDRs it is legal to sell whatever you acquired legally. There might be a grey zone when it comes to selling not privately but making a business out of it. Nevertheless, there's an endless number of shops re-selling promos... So before taking off an offer like the one we're discussing here you'd have to close all shops like Esprit, Madhouse, Vinyl Tap etc.

Anyway, what's really annoying is the large number of CDRs on ebay which are made to look genuine. Mostly, the seller knows quite well and the description doesn't say anywhere it's genuine. It's "remastered", it's an "import"... whatever.

There's this guy from Italy (waxo1974) who keeps on selling Madhouse 8 & 16, Apollonia 6, Vanity 6 and Gold Nigga. Either by offering a Buy Now option ($34.95 upwards) or even as a standard auction which sometimes ends in higher bids. I've mailed him, I've mailed people bidding on the items, I've told ebay (for about 12 items). Nothing happened. Absolutely nothing.

This is really annoying. This is copyright infringement.

Selling a (legal) CD you bought privately is as much the same thing as selling a book. No matter where you bought it from. If the buyer is willing to pay $10.00, that's ok. If he is willing to pay $1000.00, that's ok as well. It's up to him.

Even if NPGMC would re-release the Hit 'n' Run singles again... the price for the genuine ones will fall yet they will be in demand for higher prices. As long as the new ones aren't completely identical (matrix no.).

I thought the same thing same too about ebay. I have seen that same guy Waxo selling those cdr copies. i was selling legitimate . i was selling the future import and ebay took it off, they took off p-control cassette too. emailed the npg watch department and asked what could be sold and what could not. i was told that anything from warner bros, emi, arista,no bootlegs. T hey also told me if the item was only sold through npgmusicclub , you could not sell it as well.i know the feeling ebay suspended my account for selling legitmate stuff, at present i am fight with them now.i see alot of things they are not suppose to be sold, but thats not my business. i am trying doing my own thing.

They suspended your account just because of that offer you put up? eek There's something VERY strange going on - and it's absolutely wrong. If you need some backing up and I might help out please orgnote me.

However, I didn't buy the CD's though the music club, I bought them at the Hit and Run Concert. The CD's were NEVER available through the Website.
