Princeestate.com - is this a scam?

Hi everyone,

Really sorry if something like this has been posted before but my wife just purchased a Gett Off yellow sweatshirt from https://store.princeestate.com/store/

And it's finally arrived. However, inside the package was Stand Up 2 Cancer t-shirts. Is the website a scam? She can't get in contact with anyone there, no one replies to emails.

We're in the UK so it's an even bigger cost with VAT and Royal Mail admin fees and she paid for expedited shipping. It's all just a bit depressing really. My wife was only trying to surprise me at Christmas and it turns out it's a disaster.

Can anyone shed any light on the website or who to contact?

Thanks

Steve

The store on that website is run by a merchandise distribution company called MusicToday.

From a quick Google search I've found that MusicToday also worked with "Stand Up To Cancer" so it seems some wires have been crossed.

Regardless, it's not acceptable - I'll feed it back to the Estate, as there have been other issues with MusicToday.

I remember buying merchandise through MusicToday for some artist and had delay issues from what I recall... Found these phone numbers, if they're of any help...

Music Today are shit. The Estate could really do with finding someone else to deal with orders.
