Has anyone seen the symbol off this hat for sale anywhere?

I made one of these for a Prince Halloween party back in 1994. You can buy the plastic gold chains at a fabric or craft store. The hat can be found at pretty much any hat store.

Hi, yes done exactly that but still looking for the odd symbol shape in the centre of the cap. How did you do that?

A few years earlier I was at a Cost Plus World Market and I found/bought a bunch of unisex symbol jewelry in different sizes. I used the largest one I had which was approximately 3.5"-4" tall.

If I was going to make the symbol that you want, I would buy a small piece of thin sheet metal (but not too thin), draw the outline of the symbol, use some sheet metal scissors to cut it out, then use a metal file to smooth out the edges and corners. You can probably get everything at Home Depot or Lowes.
