From a composition standpoint (as in overall beauty, emotion conveyed, etc.), I have a few favorites. Here's a short list. In most cases, it applies to the guitar playing throughout the song, not just the break(s) for a solo. It's just off the top of me bald, brown head:

they all fit and they are soulful)
stevie ray vaughn-cold shot...couldn't stand the weather...

jeff beck-heart of stone...freeway jam...looking for a pure love (jb's a fave from way back)
b.b, king-whole lot of love-you upsets me baby
