Siouxsie and the Banshees vinyl reissues 2018 including The Rapture double vinyl

The third batch of studio album LP vinyl represses is out in December: it includes the studio albums The Rapture (1995), Kaleidoscope (1980), Peepshow (1988) and Hyaena (1984).

The Rapture
(1995) first time ever released on double vinyl. It was never released by Polydor in the UK. It is a lush, organic and eclectic album. It was partly produced by former Velvet Underground John Cale.
Normanrecords lists it only at £17.99 https://www.normanrecords...he-rapture
and roughtrade at £19.99 https://www.roughtrade.co...b7bdd35527
Amazonuk lists the Rapture, 100% more expensive at £34.62 !!!

Kaleidoscope (1980) is the first studio album with the great John McGeoch on guitars. It also included synthesizers for the first time. It is their most successful record, it reached the number 5 position in the UK albums chart. It has been hailed by everyone from the Jam's Paul Weller, Johnny Marr, The Cure's Robert Smith, Radiohead's Thom Yorke, Primal Scream, Santigold.

Peepshow
(1988) is the first album they recorded as a quintet and it was their most varied record to date, featuring non-traditional rock instruments like cello and accordion: it got a 5 out of 5 star review in Qmagazine and a glowing review in Spin. It was namechecked by the likes of Arcade Fire's Win Butler, the Decemberists, Bloc Party and !!! (Chick Chick Chick).

Hyaena (1984) is the only album composed and performed with Robert Smith of the Cure on guitars & keyboards. It features strings, piano, marimba. AllMusic wrote in an 4.5 out of 5 review : "The emphasis here is on layered arrangements and pop tunes disguised as art-house production numbers".

The Rapture was my introduction to Siouxsie and then I worked myway back. Holds a special place in my heart despite it not being very popular amongst their fans.

Change it one more time..

There has been a reappraisal of the Rapture, I read comments of people who didn't know it and discover it just recently and were surprised by the strong tunes.

It is a very solid album, to be listened to as a whole. I think the album is a fantastic journey, with awesome arrangements.

Want! Love me some Sioux! Kaleidoscope is my favorite album of theirs, but I want to pick up Juju, A Kiss in the Dreamhouse, and Hyaena too.
Feel free to join in the Prince Album Poll 2018! Let'a celebrate his legacy by counting down the most beloved Prince albums, as decided by you!

Word is all the 2018 reissues sound very good to great (the gold vinyl edition of Juju and the blue vinyl edition of The Scream in particular are stellar) with the exception of The Rapture which reportedly is terrible. I've read the remastering was really botched with that one. Has anyone here listened to it themselves?
