Same here. Looking forward to it; even if it's likely filled with timeline inaccuracies:

Fat Bottomed Girls was released in 1978; couldn't have shown up on a set list in 1974
Trailer shows Freddie (with 80's new York gay clone moustache) discussing (*possibly) the recording of WWRY, which was recorded in 76/77 released on News Of The World in 1977

Apparently some things have been changed to add to the fakeness of biography. ...

Freddie wouldn't have dreamed of crowd surfing. that was insane. The only dumbfuck insane enough to do it at that era was Iggy Pop

Anyways I'm looking forward to it. I'm also going to dress up as one of the band. I was trying to get some people from QUEENZONE to participate in it but i don't think that's happening.

I'm also looking forward to Thor Arnold and Lee Nolan's impending remembrance book. That was discussed nearly a year ago on QZ, i find it refreshing that these folks had been thinking of revisiting the fella.... and i learned some truly interesting tidbits about FM... particularly the true reason why the MJ & FM collaboration fizzled out.

Anyways. Anybody in los Angeles care to pull a dress up on the premiere or opening night just ffs?

I've been thinking
JOHN DEACON in RADIO GAGA video
JOHN DEACON (balls dropping out of his 1980's short shorts from Wembley stadium 1986)
John Deacon: leather jacket and BIKE IT t shirt
John Deacon live 1979 (short hair/pencil tin tie)

FREDDIE: "Now I'm here" Zandra Rhodes style gold wing outfit
Freddie: WWRY/WATC/SYW video shoot style with brown leather jacket, roadies dirty gloves and STAR glasses
FM: Prawn outfit from ITS A HARD LIFE video shoot (prob can't afford to do this since i don't sew)

ROGER TAYLOR: 1986 Tour striped shirt and white pants
RT: NO NUKES shirt
RT: Green hair (bleach job gone wrong) : live in Japan 197...6?

BRIAN MAY: PENGUIN suit with large bill and curly perm hair (first album back sleeve: revisited on I'M GOING SLIGHTLY MAD music video)

Stuff like that. There are many outfits to choose from. Been thinking it'd be great for a laugh and to downplay the notion that all QUEEN fans are newbies sucking the teet of Adam Lambert. ..more concerned with his shoes and pants at every gig than with a FUCKING ROCK AND ROLL BAND!

Queen are my favorite band. Freddie my favorite singer...But I am NOT looking forward to this movie. Teeny Tiny Rami "bug eyes" Malek was a dumb casting choice. Looks nothing like Freddie. Sounds nothing liek Freddie. The movie will be a blockbuster, however.

Yeah. He looks alright in the 70's but that's because apparently a judicial decision was made to show him in low light when his vag-eyes wouldn't be so horrifying to audiences.

They prob explain the rest away with the mascara he wore in the 80's with his gay clone lifestyle that eventually got himself infected and dead.

I'll admit it's a tough sell. But i would rather be positive about it, unless *(and time has proven this true) It's an unintentional turkey and will live on as a cult classic. Maybe for being notoriously bad.
