Why is this country so quick to destroy its history?

It's called life and moving on, because nothing lasts forever.

It's called life and moving on, because nothing lasts forever.

Moving on doesn't require tearing down everything in sight.

You know what I mean.

We Americans are quicker to destroy something rather than repurpose something. I'm not saying it should remain a studio but don't raze the thing.

Aw, dang! Too bad, but yeah, nothing lasts forever, and if there's more money to be otherwise made on that site--and it's on the market--then say bye-bye.

don't bother...

I've always admired countries (Europe especially) who had enough sense and a sense of history not to knocked down building on what some define a progress. It's only been say the last 30 years.... cities around the U.S. stop demolished those ornate movie theaters. Most of the back-lots of classic Hollywood, destroyed.... just think of the hundred of millions if not billionns of dollars could have been made with tourism.

I would hope they kept something of the sort around. Outside of Paisley, and First Avenue, there are no real "heres where Janet and New Edition recorded so and so.." type stuff out here smh. They think there is no money in tourism or something? They could have their mics or something up in a window somewhere just to show the prowress in entertainment made here.
