Yeah I saw it and Mark Adam Wood Jr. seemed like he was fucking over his
former bandmates. He got his version of Lakeside in which he trademarked the
name and more than likely get the lion's share from touring with guys he picked. The fucked up thing is The Original Lakeside as they have to call themselves now
wrote and produced many of the songs and Mark just shit on them. Oh well it happens with some of these old school acts.

I'm mad All The Way Live never gets played but that damned Fantastic Voyage is played like its their only song.

That's why I dislike many of these "old school classic jams" stations smile they act like these artists/bands only had one big hit single, lol.

Exactly. That stuff pisses me off as well. There's so much good old school music to choose from and yet those stations continue to play the same songs over and over. I understand that its a business thing, but damn.

Anyway, Lakeside was the business. Period.

That voice music

Lakeside's slow jams are underated

I just saw Lakeside last weekend with the Barkays and the Whispers in Charlotte, NC.

Mark Adams version is okay but he was frustrating the crowd moving the songs

along too slow. He was also trying to promote some song of his called We Are Family which

put the crowd to sleep. My wife and the lady sitting next to her were like it's time for them to

do Fantastic Voyage and go home. lol He was asking the crowd to check out the new song at Lakeside but type in Mark Adam Wood first. The crowd was like comatose. Finally they did I Wanna Hold Your Hand, Something About That Woman, Your Wish Is My Command after a long ass 10 minute Intro lol before bringing the crowd to their feet with Fantastic Voyage.

Your Wish Is My Command is my favorite but even I didn't know what they were doing with that

long ass intro into the song. I think I prefer the Original Lakeside over Mark Adam Woods version.

Doesn't seem like their show was very exciting lol whenever these old school bands perform a new song, that's when the audience kinda dozes off, lol.I've seen it happen many times.
