'George Clinton of Parliament-Funkadelic once mused in an interview with Billboard that recording covers of the entirety of The Beatles' album, Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, proved to The Parliaments that they "could be funk and pop at the same time." These previously unreleased recordings are being resurfaced in this highly anticipated 7-inch single. This single serves as a prequel to the upcoming release of The Parliaments: A New Day Begins.'
