I would have liked to see her do more work with Charlie Wilson. IMO, those songs were the strongest tracks from her debut album.

Classic. 30 years. Wow. I bought this album in junior high. Still have it and the 12"s of "Mercedes Boy" and "Take Your Time". Pebbles' remixes were always hit or miss with me. Mostly miss after the first album. I content many of her singles would have faired better chartwise if she and MCA had just released the album versions. And speaking of remixes...I loved the trend at the time of releasing extended versions of the music video.
