Prince's performance was fire and probably the reason why this tribute is one of the greatest moments in music history.

Thanks for that, I am glad Dhani clarified that he felt embarrased rather than elated, at least people can stop speaking on his behalf and saying what was going through his mind (not that this will stop them). Personally though I loved that solo, I was losing interest up until then.

For 75 years straight, the #1 genre in music, selling wise, was rock n' roll worldwide. Last year (2017) in June, it got de-crowned by hip hop. Hip hop is the #1 genre. It's hip hop - rock - country - pop or pop - country. ~ Pras

On the video I saw Dhani was all excited afterward. I heard him say out of his own mouth, "where's Prince? I want to give him a hug."

What happened? Did Prince offend him or something?

Prince, in you I found a kindred spirit...Rest In Paradise.
