Usher could have easily made these allegations go away if he had made a statement denying the claims and sued the leakers if they were fake court documents. He hasn't done any of these things so there is obvious some truth to what is being reported (it may not all be true but some of it is). Please let's not bring up other celebrities to compensate for Ushers silence.

Going to TMZ will not help him. He needs to get his head out of his ass and get an attorney.

Usher has horrible horrible management. disbelief He denies sleeping with the woman but doesn't want to deny the court documents that reveals he settled a case in which a woman accused him of giving her herpes??? Doesn't deny giving a man herpes? But he feels it's more important to deny he slept with a woman because she is not his type? nuts Usher needs to get a lawyer and settle quietly.

I guess the only thing he should do now is,quickly pay off the three people who are currently suing him and pray that more people don't come forward. The one thing he doesn't want is for these cases to go to trial. That would be really embarassing and it will keep this scandal in the news for months.

Right. That's what Michael Jackson did and look where that got him. It's just an easy and quick temporary solution, which will return later to bite you in the ass (and leave doubt in people's minds).

so what do you suggest he do? Let these cases go to trial and endure months of embarassing testimony as this scandal stays in the news? hmmm When the male accuser testifies, that will become a scandalous media circus! It will get really ugly.Better to pay 'em off now so he can move on from this.

When you want to put a permanent stop to it (and are innocent) then yes, as much as it sucks having to go through this.

Silly of you to bring MJ up for haters to have there fun.
Why would you even bring MJ up when this is a completely different situation? Mj vehemently denied his innocence multiple times, made a video and agreed to a physical. Usher has not said not one got damn thing. He has allowed these allegations to be said for a month now.

I was responding to what SoulAlive said. Paying is the wrong way. And Michael is the perfect example. They wouldn't have tried it again, had he gone to court the first time around. Maybe he still would be around. I don't care whether you think that's silly.

I don't care if you don't think it's silly. It was stupid and dumb of you to bring MJ up because the way MJ responded to his allegations was different from the way Usher is responding. Using MJ is not a perfect example because MJ DENIED the allegations and even made a video tape denying it. He confidently professed his innocence in more than one occasion and even agreed to do a physical examination on his body (which he completed). Usher has not provided results to being tested and he has not denied any of the accusers that claim he gave them herpes. So there was no reason for you to bring him up.

Yawn. Whatever. Always the same crap with you. Someone mentions MJ and you get hysterical. My point stands and is not debateable: Paying an accuser off (provided you're innocent), is the worst possible and only a short term solution, see MJ.

If he is truly innocent and doesn't have herpes,he can easily end this scandal right now by taking and submitting an STD test.If he is guilty and actually has herpes, the best thing to do is pay these people off and move on.If the male accuser testifies in court,Usher's career ends at that very moment.

Challenging your illogical dumb unrelated comparison is not being hysterical, it's called being intelligent and having a functional brain. Your point is stupid and doesn't make any sense. There was no reason to mention MJ because he has nothing to do with this discussion and the way he handled his allegations is different from the way Usher is handling this scandal. MJ denied the allegations, Usher has not denied the claims and his insurance company outed him by verifying the previous herpes case that Usher SETTLED in 2012, so yes Usher should settle AGAIN with the new accusers since he doesn't want to proclaim his innocence (because it's true). MJ proclaimed his innocence passionately multiple times and didn't try to cover up a settlement like Usher. MJ even took a physical examination (MJ did all of the above so it's dumb you keep using him as a example). Now come on back with silly ass bullshit I got all night, sick and tired of you posters bringing Mj up just to trash in unrelated threads. Usher has had a MONTH to deny these allegations and take a test and this man has not said not one thing, these are SERIOUS allegations.

He would have been better off publicly admitting to it the first time around to nip any more law suits in the bud and that would have been the end of it, if the allegations are true. Admitting to having herpes isn't the end of the world.

Exactly OR if he is innocent, why not just SAY it!!!!!???
Why not just say " I am innocent, this is false, I don't have herpes, these allegations are lies" It's not that hard but like I said he should have said this with the first settlement was leaked.

Well. If it is true, I doubt these people will be happy with money anyway. And if money is the only thing they really want, I doubt it is true.

You mentioned that MJ did not handle the allegations well (this is negative) and opens him to be criticized and ridiculed on this Prince site (like they always do)You were comparing the way Usher and MJ handled these allegations and there is NOTHING similiar to the way they have handled and responded to their allegations, nothing. The only hysterical one is you because you seem to think no one can challenge your opinions on a message board, well get over it or get off. You said your opinion and I'm saying mine.

That's the point; if the allegations are true and he admitted this publicly years ago, the subject would have been dealt with and over.

You're right, I would say he doesn't have good priorities and morals
Because he should have been denying the 2012 herpes settlement (if it was a lie).

And people saying that woman is not Usher's type but both the women Usher married are not attractive and a man will have sex with anything as long as it has a hole.
