Anybody got an extra ticket to "QUEEN " + Adam Lambert 6/26 OR 6/27?

I attended Thursday's mini gig at the Jimmy Kimmel show taping and this was surprisingly good. There's a new back up drummer TYLER (something) and long time keyboardist Spike Edney is back in the fore.

Much better. ..the SET LIST has been revamped nearly from scratch(!) to emphasize the ROCK BAND (edness) of the original 4's music.

The tour is showcasing the 40th anniversary of NEWS OF THE WORLD and the staging is so ridiculous and pompous as to be rightfully "QUEEN"

THIS may be the tour to go to!

ITS LATE seems to be on the current list and was only BRIEFLY played during their 77-78 Tour...about 3 known times. Apparently it was too demanding vocally and dropped much like MAGIC TOUR's Friends will Be Friends (played in its entirety several times but amended to a brief interlude after the first initial gigs)

Question is. ...does anybody have a ticket they're willing to part with?

I've already seen that gig on Thursday, The Revolution on Friday, and went out to San Bernardino Saturday to see MELVINS, FANTOMAS, PRIMUS and tool (WOWC edition)

I'm broke until Friday but will accept negotiable terms. Perhaps payment with one-year or will trade for my 6 string bass. I'm gonna go regardless of what happens Tuesday night and give it a shot.

Hopefully i can overrun my credit card or PayPal and purchase a ticket prior. I saw them in 2014 with Adam Lambert and was utterly disappointed and dismayed.

BRIAN MAY & ROGER TAYLOR PERFORMING THE MUSIC OF QUEEN; FEATURING ADAM LAMBERT it's actually looking to be a LASTING AND ICONIC TOUR IN 2017.

I believe it. And it MAY even be their last. Adam actually sounded less boyish on the Kimmel taping and i didn't even hear the second background vocalist live until i saw the broadcast.

Please let me know. I'll check in periodically. Thx

Neva-Mind!

I secured a ticket for tonight's gig. coolI hope some ppl on the org make it out to it. ...they sounded great last week at Kimmel. Although last night's set list is a click away, I'm still gonna hold out until tonight's show.

Anybody else going?
Thoughts on the rock oriented set list?

I generally agree. BUT i saw them (*in person) per4m at Jimmy Kimmel. They were absolutely great...and I was shocked. I'd seen them in 2014 and it was dull and mildly sad...seeing a great band "go out like that"

Pls it was catered to the old wives club. The set list hadn't changed much.

This tour. ..it's something else. Gimmicks, fun, shit ton of classic ROCK from the band. ...so I enjoyed the bleeping bleep out of it. It was fantastic

I'm glad to know i was wrong. If it happened again I'd probably have passed up anything else further from Bri and Rog despite their careers. This was a reinforcement. ..and Lambert didn't sound like a goat

Lambert has very well trained voice with great range (wider range than even Freddie) but I just don't like the sound of his voice. It grates on my nerves when he tries to sing rock. I hate his vocal phasing too. If I can't enjoy the vocal I can't enjoy the performance. I agree the circus has gotten "better" but I still find it embarrassing.
