There's already been a boxset for Motown called Soulsation. Never one for the Epic Records era though. Not counting the live album there's only 6 albums there. Motown should re-release Jermaine's albums, most of which have never been on CD. Even Jackie's 1973 album has been on CD and so have obscure J5 albums like Boogie.

Yeah I owned the cassette edition and CD edition of Soulsation.

Sony and Universal teamed up for the "The Very Best of The Jacksons and The Jackson 5" 2CD set awhile back which was combining some Motown hits with the "Essential Jacksons" compilation.

But a multidisc set of 1969 to 1989 with ALL the hits, b-sides, and special mixes? There needs to be one.

Marlon Jr. was in a rap group called Modern Day Poets who released an album in 2008. He went under the name "Chye Beats".

Jr.'s Myspace page is still up, but the one for the group is gone.
