Coldplay were pretty good. This wasn't a gig to be critical of though. Glad they all did it. Good job everyone! smile

This was very nice of Ariana Grande to do. There should have been way more big name acts out there supporting her.

I kinda think this statement is probably based on your own personal preference of singers. I could argue the same thing with you, actually. I'm not a fan of whatever Little Mix is, but the song was cool. I can't deal with Cyrus or Bieber. They're the worst thing about music right now. The B.E.P. - pass. But, on such short notice (and with touring season starting up big time), she got who she could for this. She also chose rather wisely.

You have to remember that this was in England, where bands like Robbie Williams, Take That, Noel Gallagher, Niall Horan (of One Direction), Little Mix, Coldplay, and Imogen Heap are all British artists. So over there, they're huge, and those are major names. It reflected big names in the U.K., and it was all about loving the U.K.

Let's not forget the pre-recorded messages from Halsey, Bastille, Anne-Marie, Demi Lovato, Jennifer Hudson, Blossoms, Chance the Rapper, Camila Cabello, the Chainsmokers, DJ Khaled, Little Mix, Circa Waves, Kendall Jenner, Clean Bandit, Dua Lipa, Sean Paul, Nick Grimshaw, Kings of Leon, Sam Smith, Rita Ora, Shawn Mendes, Twenty One Pilots, Paul McCartney, U2 were also played. Big names there, too. (List copied from Wikipedia.)

Nice concert and still praying for all families and parties suffering from this. Heavenly Father please keep them and have your angels rain down love and understanding. I wish suicidal people wouldn't kill others, it's not fair. I have a co-worker who family member was killed over there and on my day I got laid off with her from Wells Fargo I gave her and the family my last check and flowers. Ariana wasn't able to pay for everyone funerals but she tried and it's true she helped paid for funerals.

Tell your love ones you love them everyday even if you don't feel like it and they don't feel like hearing it. Orlando just had another shooting with 6 dead and that store was 3 minutes down the road from my job.

How did you come to this conclusion when I didn't list any specific singers? I didn't even specify whether I was referring to USA or UK acts. I think your are making assumptions with the bolded. What Ariana Grande did was very nice and more acts should have came out if they could. I don't see a lot of acts and artists doing these type of things when mass distasters and terrorist acts occur so I was very pleased that Ariana and her team put this together. This was very brave and sweet of her considering this happened at her concert. Besides the bolded I agree with your post.
