I agree its all boy band/ girl band and they have not moved beyond October 1999 with the sound and feel. Plus they don't even look of sound eastern Asian any more. They all try to look white and western. The girls have dyed their hair blonde and brunette and not look Asian. The boys all have frosted and coloured hair and I would be surpirsed if they habd select the most Western looking possible.

.

They may steal the western sound and look, but they have had issues with racism before, wth a singer called Maikol in blackface who was a send up of MJ and the Bubble sisters who were all in black face lampooning Black singers.

.

Whatelse, the music is all shit and lacks any form of originality, I mean Bubble, Bubble Plop? I have heard of Engrish, but that is ridiculous. It is all ping pong beats, ash shaking and Tamika Broadley and Kimeisha Ladougie Jenkins in Asian form video ho stuff. Yet I know a lot of people who just love K Pop and its near cousin J pop, - most modern Korean pop culture is a direct rip off of Japan anyway. In South Korea, you have local imitations of Pokemon (Digimon), Hello Kitty, K Pop is a lot like 90s J Pop, Itaewon being the new Ginza etc.

Got some kind of love for you, and I don't even know your name

Yeah.....I heard of this stuff too.....checked it out once, and it was "as above" - ie. watery crap.

But - would you say the current American/Western charts are any better than this stuff? lol
