Ah. Just look in the mirror. You were the one bringing the discussion here. I just commented on how people would react.

Thanks. Someone who got it.

Wrong. He fed them, he raised them, they were his.

^^The funny or ironic thing is that the same Janet fans who were hellbent on claiming that Michael's kids are not his and never can be his, because they appear white, will now swear up and down that there is no way that the kid is not Janet's son and that it means nothing that he appears white. Kinda like upon Prince's death the Prince fans had to eat their own words they uttered, when Michael died. I guess Karma's a bitch.

Michael's kids weren't his though.

Yes Michael's children are his. The ignorance of some of you is truly mind blowing. There are not many men who are as much a father to their children as Michael was. He did an amazing job raising his children and they have turned to be amazingly well-grounded, focused adults. Especially considering the $h## their Dad and they have gone through.

That baby is adorable. And I'm sure that like most black and mixed infants, his skin will darken a bit as the months go by. Any black mom will tell you that most black infants, unless thier parents are extremely dark, are born with skin that is somewhat fair. We check the back of the ears to determine the babies "true" color. smile Janet's baby is mixed race....he will darken up some. Not a lot...but some. Chill people! biggrin

You just joined this site last year, so you really have no room to be questioning anyone on how they should or should not feel about how a forum has changed especially if they have been on a forum for much longer than you.

Actually, darling, I was here a long time ago for a very long time. Believe me, I booked my time for years, before Militant was a mod and when Carrie still was one. My posts are still all over the forum. Those were the days when rdhull was here the first time, Hatman, tons o' folks.

I took a break and came back under another name. So I'm not new by any means. And let's not be elitist - even if I was here just a year overall, I can question whatever I wish. Free world, etc etc.

All that crap aside, like I stated, and my point is that, anyplace is what you make it. Just the other day on my Facebook I posted, "The only disability in life is a bad attitude". Not saying you have one, but... perspective. Peace and love.

Like I said sweet heart, you have not had an account on here for a long time. You just joined last year and if anybody is being elitist it is you with the shady remark and I stand by what I said. If someone has an opinion about a forum that they have been on for a decade or near a decade I think they are more entitled to express their opinion on how a forum as changed (whether it be good or bad). Of course any place is what you make it, but what exactly does that have to do with Purple expressing her opinion? It was harmless and you made it more than what it was with a snide remark. Don't get mad at the clap back, like you said its a free world. Just as you can question someone's opinion, people are entitled to question you as well.

LOL Okay whatever, tiger. I joined again last year. I enjoy our clap back. It's kinda like when a toddler learns that their hands can touch for the first time.

So now, back to Janet's baby...CUTE! I can't wait to see him at 1 year old, and 2 years old, etc. He has a weird and great and tough road ahead of him being a Jackson.

EXCLUSIVE: Beaming Janet Jackson emerges with baby Eissa for the first time amid claims she 'felt hidden' and craved 'more freedom' during failed marriage to billionaire Wissam Al Mana

She is in the throes of a split from husband Wissam Al Mana, but Janet Jackson looked happier than ever as she emerged for the first time with her baby boy Eissa.

The singer, 50, who gave birth to her first child three months ago, beamed with pride as she strolled around a London park on Wednesday.

She gazed adoringly at her baby boy as she pushed him in a high end Stokke pram accompanied by a female companion.

Janet was super pregnant. Husband is super light. So, mixed race babies can't be light-skinned??????..... eek WHAT?!?!?!? Seriously, he has an original Jackson family nose. That's her son. She birthed that child. Many of my cousins and my brother and I all came out this bright and all parents were African Americans..........****running to Ancestry.com**** Welcome to America!

that article posted above just confirms what many of us already assumed: Janet's husband is too controlling. He made Janet dress differently (no more sexy outfits in concert) and he even kept her from her own family.Janet is wise to walk away from a marriage like that. She was losing her own identity and freedom.

She never appeared geniunely happy with Wissam and I always had a bad feeling about their union so I am glad she is walking away too. I only question why she is drawing attention toher seperation by purposely making public outings with her child given how private she is. Just seems very staged. To be fair, Wissam has done the same over these last 2 weeks. I don't think things are as amicable behind the scenes but we will see as this story develops.

MJ Carousel, I agree with you. I never believed that Janet were as happy as her fans claimed them to be. I also believe that she got with him and married him for money. Of course, I know that she is rich; however, I don't think she is as rich as her fans think she is. Thus, the attempt to intervene in Michae's estate(through the "granny napping incident in order to take control of Katherine's share in Michael's estate). Marrying Wissam was a step to having "billionaire" status. IMO, as I have previously stated, was more of his idea, than hers. HE wanted a child(an heir) more than Janet did. I seriously think that a financial "deal" was made in this marriage and that she will receive a pay out for having his child and staying in marriage for a certain amount of time. FTR, Janet has never seemed as if she wanted a child or to be a mother. She has always said that she didn't think she would make a good mother. I don't think that SHE, at the age of 50, SUDDENLY decided to become a mother. I still believe her husband wanted a child more than she did. That's my opinion and I think that other people are thinking the same thing.Everthing just looks so "staged" in these recent developments.

Janet knew EXACTLY what she was getting into when she married a Muslim man. She knew his customs and beliefs. I believe he controlled her just as Rene controlled her. She has never seemed to be "in control" during her marriages or relationships. These photos looked contrived in order to form public opinion in the upcoming divorce fight and promotion for Janet's new image and album/tour. cool

nod

I think there was some using on both sides for sure.

Also, Janet began "talking" to Wissam while she was still dating JD in 2006 which is another red flag. Her own friend/dancer threw her under the bus with this reveal. Apparently they were staying at the same hotel and planned to attend the same Fashion Show. Wissam knew Gil, Janets BF and wanted to meet her and according to Gil, Janet thought Wissam was cute so they exchanged numbers. Whats messed up is that Janet was attending the Fashion show with JD, her boyfriend.

She began to publicly date Wissam in 2009, the same year she broke up with JD (I have always given this a side eye because I thought she jumped into a new relationship too fast) but she was already talking/seeing Wissam prior. I find it interesting Janet fans never call Janet out for cheating on JD. They always accuse JD of being unfaithful in that relationship and are very harsh on JD but its clear that Janet was not perfect in her relationship with him either. Two wrongs don't make a right! I personally think Janets marriage to Wissam was mostly driven by lust and greed on both sides. This rich young Muslim billionaire comes along and just so happens to fall in love with a woman 10 years older than him that just so happens to be Janet JACKSON? Not only that he was ok with being the "side man" for 3 years until Janet broke up with JD? Alot of things about their union just seems....shady for lack of a better word.

I think Wissam used Janet because she is Janet Jackson and he wanted to have a baby with Janet Jackson, period. Someone mentioned this earlier, its the Halle Berry Syndrome. These men try to get with these beautiful Black women for their fame and celebrity, get them pregnant so they can have some association with their brand. Janet has made some very odd and bizaree decisions these last couple of years so it wouldnt be that suprising to me if she was a willing participant. Janet knew Wissam was a Muslim and meant members of his family. So its not like she didnt know what she was getting herself into. I just hope that if this was something that was "planned" that she is not blindsided by Wissam. I personally think it was poor judgement on her part regardless.
