Frank is so far up his own ass. Speaking of "ass", that description fits his boring music perfectly. lol That said, he's right about one thing: Taylor's generic, one-dimensional, dime-a-dozen, flavorless Max Martin produced album winning AoTY was almost as insulting as Macklemore picking up every hip hop Grammy in 2014. Just another example of how agenda prevails over art. [Edited 2/12/17 14:37pm]
Omg lmao I really just had a good laugh smh what does frank ocean think he is mj prince Stevie gtfo boy with that weak ass pretentious art

Frank Pond is the most overrated (insert noun that is non-music related.

Don't anyone every complain that Prince put on too much pretentious grandure thick on some of his performances... I'm seeing this Beyonce intro to this song...

I don't know a lot of Beyonce's music, but I thought the performance was dope. Maybe cause I don't listen to a lot of Pop music, and it was great to see her get out of her comfort zone. Also? Adele threw mad shade at Bey in the episode of 60 Minutes, which aired before the Grammy's.

What did she say?

Also, Bruno put on performance of the night so far.

I must be too old...not one performance has done anything for me so far tonight. Maybe they're saving the upbeat performances for George Michael and Prince.

Bruno literally did an R&B 90s breakdown in a 2017 GRAMMYs ceremony full of acoustic tropical shit

MAD LOVE cool cool

Bruno is the performance of the night so far.

As for Frank Ocean, of course I don't think he's over rated. But he is definitely an acquired taste who apparently is starting to believe his own hype.

His albums do have the advantage of seeming timeless. That'll only help him in the future.

Don't remember it verbatim, but it was a nod to women empowerment, mixed in with Egyptian mysticism, while indirectly throwing shade at Cheeto Mussolini! Also? Still scrumptuous...all barefoot and pregnant!!! eek lol razz

Well it wasn't excellent but it he sang well live and the performance served as a nice callback to R&B of the 90s.

Let's see what he does for Prince later.
