Notice how almost every year the Jacksons released albums at the same time

I just noticed this...

1972

Jermaine- Jermaine (solo debut)

Lookin' Through the Windows- The Jackson 5

1973

Come into My Life- Jermaine

Skywriter/Get it Together- The Jackson 5

Jackie Jackson- Jackie (solo debut)

1976

My Name is Jermaine- Jermaine

The Jacksons- The Jacksons (Epic debut)

1977

Feel the Fire- Jermaine

Goin' Places- The Jacksons

1978

Frontiers- Jermaine

Destiny- The Jacksons

1980

Let's Get Serious/Jermaine- Jermaine

Triumph- The Jacksons

La Toya Jackson- La Toya (debut)

1981

I Like Your Style- Jermaine

The Jacksons Live!- The Jacksons

My Special Love- La Toya

1982

Let Me Tickle Your Fancy- Jermaine

Thriller- Michael

Janet Jackson- Janet (debut)

1984

Jermaine Jackson- Jermaine (Arista debut)

Victory- The Jacksons

Dream Street- Janet

Centipede- Rebbie (debut)

Heart Don't Lie- La Toya

1986

Precious Moments- Jermaine

Control- Janet

Imagination- La Toya (CBS debut)

1987

Bad- Michael

Baby Tonight- Marlon

1989

Don't Take it Personal- Jermaine

2300 Jackson Street- The Jacksons

Randy & The Gypsys- Randy (solo debut)

Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation 1814- Janet

Be the One- Jackie (Polydor debut)

1991

You Said- Jermaine (LaFace debut)

Dangerous- Michael

No Relations- La Toya (Pump debut)

1984 and 1989 were packed with the family. Jermaine alone dropped an album nearly every single year on this list. eek

EDIT: I originally was making this topic to only poibt out how Jermaine always released an album whenever The Jacksons, Michael and/or Janet did but decided to encompass the entire family instead.

I dont understand what you are trying to say. They all released several albums, would make sense almost every year gets a few album released by them.

Originally I was just going to mention how Jermaine always seemed to release an album whenever Michael and the rest of the brothers and sisters did but broadened it to include the whole family.

It's still interesting, regardless.
