Tina Turner Appreciation Thread

On 26/11/16 Tina Turner turned 77 years old and I think to celebrate this Icon's B'day cake we should have a thread devoted to her worship

Tina is definately the Queen Rock N' Soul! fro I still get goose-bumps everytime I hear her wailing on "Let's Stay Together". I remember when that record was first released in the U.S., I purchased the 45 single and listened to it over and over again that day until I had memorized every lyric. lol Although she is no longer releasing commercial music, I'm so glad she is still with us. She is an international treasure.

You will love her wailing live on this clip! I love that she ended up working with Heaven 17 on "Let's Stay Together".

This is on both deluxe versions of the "Private Dancer" CD. I was so happy they included it. it was in heavy rotation at R&B radio back in the day.
