Ron Artis II and the Truth from Oahu, Hawaii.

Ron (guitar and vocals) is the oldest of 11 kids born into a musical family. Mom and dad had a band and all the kids were steeped in music from the time they could walk. (Think Jackson 5 level talent but with a cool dad who led the family band). Brother Stevon is on the drums which are strongly featured in this song. Sisters Spirit and PJ on tambourine and background vocals.

Ron performs with his brother, Thunderstorm as an acoustic duo. The brothers switch off on guitar and cajon drum. Ron totally smokes the guitar on this tune.

Just finished listening to La Flamme, by Chaka Khan(love the melodic parts of that song), and this song just came on...

The Autumn Defense-Once Around

In certain parts of this song the singer sounds a little like Jeff Buckley(RIP).
