Jodie Abacus - New artist that brings a pleasant mix of R&B, funk & pop

I have recently discovered Jodie Abacus. I don't know much about him, I think he is British and he comes up with a good sounding mix of R&B, funk and pop. Somewhat retro but with a modern production. I think he manages to combine artistry with catchiness and I take it (hope) he will meet some success with his music.

Any thoughts or info on this guy? Here is one of his songs:

Another one, this might be my favorite with it's retro funky sound!
