Common sense isn't so common. He would have been prosecuted in 2005 after the police raided his home for hours

David (a guy who downloaded the ACTUAl court documents from the 2005 trial and researched both allegations for years now) made a post about this.

Radar Online story, but I'll summarize it here: they claim to have obtained "never before seen" reports from the Santa Barbara Sheriff's

Dept., but that is the first of many lies. The report is merely the police report of what they found at Neverland after their surprise raid

on November 18th, 2003. Here is a compilation of various news reports from the Neverland raid on Nov. 18, 2003:

Due to the unprecedented media attention, and their high demand for all of the daily court filings, the Santa Barbara Superior Court set up

a website that would allow the public to download all of the filings. Radar's "never before seen" report from the Neverland raid has been

publically available for 13 YEARS! Here is a video story about the creation of the website "SB Superior Court Website for Public & Media

And this is the actual website: Unfortunately, it was recently taken down after going live in 2004.

This is a major blow to MJ advocates because we typically link to this website in our posts, but don't worry because OF COURSE we

downloaded EACH AND EVERY SINGLE DOCUMENT years ago, and I have all of the docs saved. Would you expect anything less from me? Ha ha ha!

Now, as for the report, it describes the following items found at Neverland: porn (legal, ADULT, heterosexual porn), what they describe as

"child erotica", various statues, paintings, & other art, etc. Nothing that MJ fans haven't already debunked MORE THAN A DECADE AGO!

Haters love to say that there was child porn found at Neverland, but that is demostrably false because if there was ANY child porn found,

MJ would be sitting in jail RIGHT NOW! The mere possession of ANY child porn is a major felony, and Sneddon would have charged him in a

heartbeat, and he certainly tried! Sneddon requested that the FBI assist him in his investigation of MJ in 2004, and they analyzed 18

computers that were seized from Neverland. Sneddon was hoping that child porn (or any other incriminating evidence) could be found, but the

FBI stated that LITERALLY stated that NOTHING was found on those computers.

You can read the report of the FBI's Computer Analysis Response Team here: On pages 9-23, they LITERALLY wrote that

NOTHING was found! It doesn't get any clearer than that! Gee, I wonder why Radar Online didn't include THAT bit of info in their article?

Radar also mentioned a photo of MJ and his nephews 3T that could have been used as erotica. Here is the photo:

That photo was taken in 1995 as part of a photoshoot for their song "Why?", & Sneddon stated on page 75 of the report that that particular

Here are the series of posts on everything police seized at Neverland:

I thought so to, but there are a number of respectable news sources putting this out there. If it were just Gawker or TMZ I'd pass it up

If any of this were true, why wasn't this so-called evidence presented in court?

When someone dies,my feeling is....let them rest in peace.Digging up old rumors and other nonsense is wrong and disrespectful.I feel the same way about Prince and I got pissed when Sinead O'Connor was implying that he was a drug addict. These people aren't here to defend themselves.

--- This was reported at that time all they found was adult porn. If anything else was found Mike would have been in jail. All those on-line tabloids print stuff that is not true and never retract anything. I wish Mike would have sued them or that someone will.

look peoples. like it or not, if this gains steam it will be out there like a tornado. I received this from a lawyer friend who is not prone to believe things on face vaiue; something he read, in addition to the new agencies discussing it, gave him enough to believe that there may be soemthing to it. I don't know, if this stuff was there, how it wasn't intro'd in court or what not, but to ignore it because of whatever reason is a bit naive. Im a fan, but I'm not wearing blinders that won't allow me to even consider what I would like to believe to be the truth.

-- What are you going on about? The problem is the materials they found are considered grooming materials but grooming materials are not kiddy porn and dumb ass pictures of animal touture are not illegal either. Adult porn was found this is not illegal. You simply cannot pretend something exist when it does not and make up bullshit. I do think Mike was a molester but they did not find anything at that raid to that was illegal shame on the Huffington Post for shoddy reporting.

What part of the FBI not finding any incriminating evidence after 18 years of research and a 750 page file don't you understand? There was no such thing as child porn: even the head of the investigation from the FBI said so.

If this was true why didn't Tom Sheddon use this against Micheal? They wanted Micheal behind bars bad so why not use this. Something in the milk ain't clean. An on top of that Radar Online is where this story came from.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. I personally don't believe this because they went after Mike so hard. If they had anything they would have used it. I was on the fence about Mike's innocence until the last trial. After that I was convinced he was innocent and that there is something else going on here.

Yes, I think this instantiates a lot of our fears around death, people discovering that dororo pencil case filled with different colored USB sticks that's been crudely stuffed at the back of your second drawer. When Heath Ledger died, my immediate thought was "people will see what porn was on his computer now." It highlights the importance of a will, and leaving private instructions with a trusted loved one to immediately dispose of those harddrives if you suddenly and unfortunately pass. RIP Michael.

Who knows next year the media might do the same shit to Prince! I was reading this tweet from https://twitter.com/DBAnd...th_replies and this stuff spreads like wildfire and some people believe it without doing the research its just so sad here is an example that I read on D.B.Anderson's timeline and her hilarious responses to this beleow tweet.

49m49 minutes ago

D.B.Anderson Retweeted Jennifer Mayers

70 police went up there to Neverland, guns drawn, to Save Our Children, led by the brave member District Atty
