I'm soooooooooo jealous! I won't be able to make it to his show in my city as I'll be out of town. I'm really bummed about that, but can't wait for this album! It's going to be great!

Journey, Santana, Steve Miller Band and the Doobie Brothers -- three Bay Area acts that have combined to sell over 250 million albums -- are joining forces on Sept. 4 at San Francisco Fest 2016 at AT&T Park.

Tickets are $55-$250 and go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. March 18,www.ticketmaster.com. American Express card members have access to a presale, which runs noon March 14 to 10 p.m. March 17.

What d'ya know--I lucked out on good cheap seats. Looks like I'm going to the show. I haven't seen Santana since 1986... lol Self-correction: since the last time he played with Prince in Oakland.

I read an interview where he said that he was open to reuniting with Journey...but I believe this was after they had started touring with the new lead singer (who does sound exactly like Steve but he ain't Steve).
