This week's Unsung (Season Finale) will focus on Snoop Dogg and Warren G's right hand man, Nate Dogg

I used to work with a guy who looked exactly like Warren G.

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

Nate Dogg deserved an Unsung episode but I thought it was too soon.I expected the usual testimonials but to me he wasn't all that great. I thought his voice was very flat/monotone and he lacked range. He was great singing the hook of a record but that's it.His attempt at singing a song beginning to end not convincing to me that this man can actually sing.He was no threat to Usher.on another note too many brushes with Law.Too much of a liability.

He contributed to his own death which is quite sad. I never forgot how his family was asking for donations but Snoop Dr.Dre Suge Knight certainly had enough money to pay for the funeral costs.

Well, you might think he is undeserving not unsung, but it is certainly not "too soon" since he is in the ground and it's the umpteenth season of Unsung.

That he appeared on 50 or more singles and a dozen albums and his family was compelled to ask for money to pay his medical bills baffles me.

Unfortunately, this points to a problem within the American health care system, not the personal assets of Nate's (label) mates.

Agree, but come on , Dre, Snoop et al have crazy amounts of money....paying for a funeral and medical bills, and maybe even taking care of Nate´s family should be peanuts to them, right?

Not that they HAVE to, but still.....it baffled me too.

Shouldn't it have been peanuts to Nate's estate?
