Artists you listen to every day/week?

Are there any artists you find yourself listening to just about every day or week? Here's my short list...

Rick Springfield - Every day!! I got into him this year and I've become a huge fan. His music is also great for driving.
Menudo - Not every day but almost every week. I love their harmonies and how pure and innocent they sound.
The System- probably every week. I love this band so much.

Had to make a video, real quick.

For the past six months or so, i mainly listen to music only at bedtime. And two bands that have been on just about every bedtime playlist that I've made, are Roxy Music and this band called Grey Parade.

Concerning Roxy Music. I listen to their album Avalon, at least twice a week. That album is so soothing.

As far as Grey Parade. They were a band that released a few albums in the 1980s. I guess their sound was a cross between new romantic and pop punk. If i remember correctly, they released an album on Gary Numan's, Numa Records. The only album that i have of theirs, is The Reason. They were kinda low budget, but for some reason i really like about 5 of their songs. They probably sound cheesy to some people, but that's OK.

Here's one of their songs.

Each Time We Touch(The Reason-1985)

As far as when i really listen to music, who do i listen to the most?

IDK, for the last year or so, I've mainly been in the mood for music that calms me. Stuff like Steely Dan, Roxy Music(late period), Luther Vandross, Classical, Jazz, 80's R&B, 70's and 80's Quiet Storm. Shit like that. So i can't really name invidual bands or singers.

Rest in Peace Bettie Boo. See u soon.

I'm gonna check out Grey Parade. Never heard of them before but sounds like my cuppa tea.

Interesting list. Prince once said that "Dylan didn't cross over", but he inspired Sly who in turn inspired the other four. That's what I love about pop music, it's all connected.

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton
