Happy 75th Mr Lennon Happy 75th birthday to John. He was and always will be one of our greatest songwriters. We will never know who John might've been in 2015, thankfully we have many wonderful songs to listen to, not to mention is artwork too.

I was wondering why they were playing John's songs on the classic rock station this morning. They play Beatles sometimes, but I never hear solo stuff other than Paul's Live And Let Die. You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton | |
