Big Grams, the quicksilver collaboration between Big Boi and the groundbreaking genre-bending duo Phantogram (Sarah Barthel and Josh Carter) have completed their self-titled studio debut, Big Grams.

The eponymous 7-song collaboration will be released September 25th on Epic Records.

The story of how these two iconic acts came together is modern music history at its best. Big Boi, a true music fan of all genres, was surfing the web and trying to close some pop-up ads when Phantogram's "Mouthful of Diamonds" started auto-playing.

Taken aback by their sound, Big Boi stopped what he was doing to Shazam the track to figure out who it was. He liked it so much that he arranged for a meeting and thus, the kinship and now collaboration was born. While the melding of their unique and individual sounds came together in the most organic way, it's obvious that these three musicians were destined to join forces.

Tracklisting:

01. ''Run for Your Life''
02. ''Lights On''
03. ''Fell In the Sun''
04. ''Put It On Her''
05. ''Goldmine Junkie''
06. ''Born to Shine'' f. Run the Jewels
07. ''Drum Machine'' f. Skrillex

They were...they were on Tidal and this announcement made me dip in the crate. I fell big boi for being a fan. I happened accross them cuz of a Jimmy Fallon performance of 'Mouthful of Diamonds' w/ ?uest on drums instead of a drum machine. Hypnotic song and hypnotic performance. Made me get the track and album. Good stuff. Interesting duo. They had a profile/performance segment o. DirecTV's audience channelnas well. Heard how they met and all that. The Big Grams single is already on Tidal as well...sounds GREAT.

Now that they've released their self-titled debut EP, Big Gams
has moved on to the video game world.

The band has launched
Supergrams, a platformer that requires you to avoid obstacles and collect coins, all while mastering the seven deadly sins.

You can play
