What's the point of having songs "untitled"... Like D'Angelo's "How Does It Feel", It obviously HAS a title.

Probably an attempt to let the listener come up with their own interpretations, in order to make a dialoug about the music? Or maybe they were simply too lazy to title the songs at the time

D'angelo's song is about the only song I know "untitled" For all time I am with you, you are with me.

I suspect most artists aren't trying to make a point when they leave a song untitled. On the contrary, it seems more likely they haven't found a title that captures whatever point they are trying to make. So they don't bother. [Edited 9/2/15 19:45pm] Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου

one thing that has always annoyed me....
When artists have a song in which the title is never mentioned anywhere in the lyrics!

In my library these artists have 'untitled' songs:
Crash Test Dummies The Cure D'Angelo Interpol Keane Smashing Pumpkins Terence Trent D'Arby
I wrote a poem in college about missing/abducted children and didn't want to give it a title but I wouldn't get a grade on it if I didn't.

I've always heard D'Angelo's Untitled was named that as a dedication to Prince who at some point changed his name to an Untitled Symbol.
