Dam-Funk - We Continue

I've not been a close follower, but I think this is a step up; an evolution from his instrumentals.

He's did of the best Prince covers I've ever heard, with "17 Days," a few years back. Really talented guy on one of my favorite labels ever.

Dam’s partnership with Stones Throw has seen the release of his debut Toeachizown (2009) and Invite the Light (2015), as well as an anthology of early productions, Adolescent Funk (2010), to Higher (2013) with Steve Arrington and 7 Days of Funk (2013) with Snoop Dogg. --https://www.stonesthrow.com/damfunk

It sounds like any of his other songs, just with vocals. He's done vocals before.

I really enjoyed his "STFU" EP as well, especially the track "Free".
