Alicia Keys Debuts New Song, "28 Thousand Days"

Recently, Alicia Keys teased a snippet of new music in a Levi's ad but now she's released the full-length version of "28 Thousand Days."

Thanks for sharing! Meh...it sounds like she wrote it for it to be used in a TV commercial which I'm sure thats where we will hear it

Uh, liked the start of it but then it went nowhere.

Funny thing, a Dutch act called Klein Orkest (Small Orchestra) had a song called 26,000 dagen (days). The idea of the song was that every day you lose, you'll never get back.
As for this Alicia Keys song, I like it, but it could have done withs a little less electronics.

I love Alicia, but I don't like this song. I want her to win so bad!! She is one of my favorites, but her music has been lacking.

Nice and breezy middle of the road little tune. Her singing style is more in keeping with her actual ability on this one.

Prince, in you I found a kindred spirit...Rest In Paradise.

Alicia's music has been mediocre as of late but this song is actually a lot better than her last couple of singles. I like the sound she was going for on this.

Dare I say it's more satisfying to listen to than disjointed "Stare"?

Alicia's finest single is "You Don't Know My Name".She hasn't done a song that can top that one, yet.

Wow! 2003 when the producer credit was typed as "Kayne West"!
