Madonna takes him back to Malawi almost every year so she does keep him informed about his African heritage.

And I don't think Madonna has to raise him in urban culture, which I'm guessing you mean hip hop. Kids naturally today are into hip hop from their friends at school no matter what their parents try to introduce them musically. If anything his mom trying to make him like urban music, would drive him into the opposite direction knowing most kids.

madonna grew up in bay city, mi which is NOWHERE near detroit, and is overwhelmingly white. even if she had grown up near detroit in the early 60s, she would have lived in a predominately white neighborhood as detroit is/was one of the most segregated northern cities. long before the 1967 riot, whites had been fleeing to the 'burbs get away from the black core of the city. madonna would not not have known anything about "urban culture" first hand. as can be seen from her yearbook pics, she was fully immersed in her suburban life of being a cheerleader, etc.

She actually was born in a predominately African American neighborhood, but then before she went to middle and high school she moved to a more suburban white neighborhood in the suburbs. She talked about this in the Howard Stern interview. She said she felt she didn't fit in because her family had less money than all the other people in the neighborhood and felt more comfortable in a racially mixed area.

The third single from Madonna's album Rebel Heart becomes the set's first Hot 100 hit, preventing the LP from becoming her first studio album not to generate a Hot 100 entry. Lead single "Living for Love" and follow-up "Ghosttown" both fell shy of the list. Still, both songs crowned the Dance Club Songs chart, with the latter becoming her 45th No. 1 on the survey and rewriting the record for the most leaders an artist has notched on any Billboard ranking. People with darker skin their veins don't show as much as people with lighter skin. White guys have veins in their hands but no one comments on that.

Really starting to wonder if I should waste $200 to see her next year. There's a big fuss on her first concert in New Zealand next March. Judgiung by her recent flops and this shit, New Zealand is living up to its reputation as a great place for washed up singers to perform.

I respect her for knowing and respecting her body enough to stay out of direct sunlight at her age - the feedback on her hands alone she is going to need to take strong efforts to maintain her appearance. She used to always rock the sun, all those morning runs on Miami Beach. Its been damn near ten years since I've seen her out and about exposing her skin to the natural light without a hat, glasses, gloves, coat etc.

Do they count the same song twice? Like if "Super Bass" fell off the Hot 100 then re-entered it, would that count as two separate hits? Because there is NO WAY Nicki Minaj has had more singles/releases than Madonna.

I think it's because album tracks chart. That never used to happen! But since every song can be purcahsed separately, they can chart separately. Billboard charts are crap. The methodology changes constantly yet people still try and compare chart statistics.
