re: SME, i think that's just a part of the contract. A necessary evil of choosing to work with SME. But who knows, maybe we'll get some official releases. According to this post from Kendra, it certainly seems like there is some form of documentation happening.

I was at the show in Cologne 2 weeks ago and have to agree that it was THE BOMB – extremely good show and tight band!
The last time i was that excited after a concert, was at the 2002 One Nite Alone-Shows.
Great to see Jesse Johnson, but can someone explain what happened with John Blackwell?? Wasn't he the drummer at the first couple of concerts of this tour?
I really hope that some recordings of this tour will appear, couldn't find them so far...
