WAR and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

As some of you might know, WAR is nominated for admission to The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

I am asking as a fellow member for those of you who love music, to please vote for them.

They are veterans of the FUNK, R&B and creators of Jazz, FUNK and R&B fusion. These guys are and were great musicians but most of all, they are great guys. They always taken the time to hang out with their fans, let fans go backstage and they always partied with their fans. They have had some amazing shows and although the majority of the surviving members play for The Lowrider Band, their catalog of music is truly timeless. This is their third nomination and I think that their admission is long overdue because they have paid their dues and they have the music to prove it. No computers, No AutoTune and no gimmicks. Just REAL Music for REAL PEOPLE!

Please take the time and click on the link and vote for our friends, Papa Dee Allen (RIP), Harold Brown, BB Dickerson, Lonnie Jordan, Charles Miller (RIP), Lee Oskar ( the harmonica genius) and their leader Howard Scott. Click on this to go to the RRHoF site.

I would like to thank all of you who vote and even those of who don't. Thank you for your time.

el_callejero listening to GYPSY MAN fro music.

PS, BB is having some health ISSUES, please take the time and send him some love and prayers.

Thank you headlp

I just think that it would be nice to see them inducted with their peers before anymore of them transition to their next life.

I'm confused and obviously ignorant on all things Rock'n Roll Hall of Fame...So When an individual(s) is nominated to be inducted into the Hall the PUBLIC has the final say or "a say"? How long has this been going on & how come the General Public is not aware of the POWER we hold in getting our favorite Nominees inducted? This is NEW news to me...

How seriously can one take this bullshit and weak as fuck of a R 'n R Hall of Fame when Bad Brains (and all the eligibles directly influenced by them) isn't even in it?!

So either WAR bands should stear clear from this fake ass HOF... Not to mention NIN...
