Mind-blowing LIVE (Non lip-synced) performances

I, as I'm sure everyone else here, am a fan of singers with actual vocal TALENT. The best way a singer can prove that talent is being able to blow live, and when I say blow live, I mean surpassing the studio versions of their songs. My question to you is what are some of the best live (undubbed, non lip-synced) vocal performances you've come across? Songs which the live version surpassed the studio version.

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

Didn't We Almost Have It All - Whitney Houston during MTV video awards and another performance from her is How Will I Know from her first time performing on that show. The music was tracked, but her vocals were live and I love that version better than the record.

Of course, Jennifer Hoilday Tony award performance of And I'm Telling You...everytime she perfomed that song during that run..mind blowing indeed.

And my last one Tramanine Hawkins Changed from 1990 Live. She took a great song on record and one up it live. The only way I can hear this song is that version of it. It brings me to tears everytime I hear it. In a good way. That's what a good gospel vocal/song will do.
