Sooo hard... could be Kid A, In Rainbows, The King of Limbs. Probably In Rainbows, all things considered. Also, the last two tours were stunning, musically and visually.

Hey loudmouth, shut the fuck up, right?

In fucking Rainbows?

You new, young bucks need a lesson in taste and music theory and I aim to give

it to ya one of these days.

The answer, laddies, is not "sooo hard" and should be OK Computer.

In Rainbows, OK Computer and The Bends are their most accessible albums.

That said, half of The Bends is on the Best Of so you may want to opt for one of the other two.

Kid A always felt like a stoner album for me. So unfitting in most of the time.

Sometimes I feel like Radiohead are pushing it too far, but hey it's musical expirementation and you can't blame them for that!

What exactly does music theory have to do with which radiohead album is someones favorite?

Kid A is my favorite. And all the Ok computer stans can go cry a river. People act like that album rewrote music histiory rolleyes and i'm sure i'll get a 3,000 page essay on why it did.

Pistols sounded like "Fuck off," wheras The Clash sounded like "Fuck Off, but here's why.."- Thedigitialgardener

All music is shit music and no music is real- gunsnhalen

i'll have to file Radiohead in the "I tried but...." folder.

Your greatest hits should compel me to go backk to dig into individual albums, didn't do that for me. don't understand all the acclaim

Because once you understand the theoretical underpinnings of what passes as for "good song-

writing," you'll realize that OK Computer contains Radiohead's best work and ought to be your

favorite.

Relax, captain; I'm just giving you folks a hard time.

That's a hard one. At gun point I'd choose Kid A haha. I like Pablo Honey and Ok computer, but they are at the bottom of the pile for me.
Good music makes me happy.

I test listened to In Rainbows and Kid A. I did like In Rainbows more but I also like Kid A, got both. Highly unusual for me. Will test others these next 3 days.

i consider "amnesiac", "kid a" and all the bsides from that era as one amazing body of work.

so that's my favorite. it's cheating a bit but, oh well smile being forced, i guess i would have to

go for "Amnesiac".

/

these days i probably listen most to "in rainbows" because thom's voice was so incredibly

good at that time. 'house of cards' still floors me.

/

there's no denying that Ok Computer is probably one of the best albums by anyone, ever,

but i can't pick it as my favorite anymore since i've listened to it over 2000 times since the

day i got it and now i'm kind of done with it for a while.

/

basically, they don't have any real bad albums from The Bends onwards. HTTT is a bit of

a mess, but there's still a solid, strong album in there somewhere, after some editing. and

"The King Of Limbs" feels a bit short or at least like it's lacking something. I wish they'd

managed to include "The Butcher" and "Supercollider" on it, as well as "Staircase". i could

live happily without ever hearing "the daily mail" again tho smile

and true love lives on lollipops and crisps
