As the founding member of the biggest-selling girls’ group of all time, TLC, Crystal’s descent to the current venue had been a long and treacherous one. Her audience on this day consisted of a group of drug addicts and those seeking to overcome depression and various other forms of mental illness, who were welcoming the opportunity to hear of a fellow’s road to recovery; and hers was one wrought with the palpable pain of not only the toll that lifestyle had taken, but also of unimaginable betrayal by those who had ridden to skyrocketing fame and glory along with her. This story is told through a TimeLine Therapy which allows the release of limited beliefs once guided by limited decisions. Crystal has decided for her therapy to become transparent in efforts to motivate as well as inspire others wanting to improve their mental and emotional well being by allowing the healing process to begin.

It's even in the TLC biopic! When Pebbles formed TLC, Crystal was the original C. Tionne, Lisa, Crystal. Crystal was replaced by Rozanda but Pebbles loved the name TLC so much they just gave them nicknamed to fit the group's sweet acronym. |

She should have written this when TLC was actually selling music not a nostalgic duo of two 40+ year old women. Basically Crystal was/is pissed about how she was portrayed as a croaking non singer in the biopic last year and has been burned up about that ever since, so I'm not surprised that she's put this out. Meh
From what I gather she ended up w/ some serious substance abuse isssues that emerged after she got kicked out of the group, but I shudder to think what may have happened to her if she had fully "made it" in the group w/ the celeb spotlight on her.
That said, I wish her the best. She might be abe to give some insight on how the money dealings went so awry w/ the other members because she claims she refused to sign the contract w/o consultation and Pebbles wasn't havin' it. | |
