That choreography sucks and everyone is off step.

I am not feeling this big band thing he is trying to do. I don't care how old he is, Justin just comes off as a kid-a snotty, punk ass bitch kid.

And I'm a tell you right now, if the Jacksons, esp Janet, knew he was leaching off the J5 moves like that, they would skin his ass alive.

He is a cocky bastard, but he is talented-just not as talented as he thinks he is.

this is what u get when people lie and hype people up like they got so much talent and skills just b/c they are white. justin timberlake needs simon 2 sit him down and tell him son u have no real talent u suck at dancing u suck at trying 2 imitate black artist your best bet would be reunite with nysnc.

Actually, I did not mind that, looked like it was a fun gig - watched some of the other vids from the night too and it looked like fun and the audience loved it. It was his tribute to MJ I guess - and they are always nice to see - I hope he tours Australia again - saw him last time and he was great - of course Prince is THE MAN - but other artists can be good too in their own right.

Thank you Prince for every note you left behind 💜

GREAT POST biggrin

What pisses me off about this tribute is when MJ was alive he tried to fake like MJ was not one of his primary influences during his trial. neutral

I just cant take Justin seriously. I dunno I just cant. He is very phooney and contrived. I think this whole stripped down big band suit look is very fake. I mean we have seeen MANY people do this before. This is not something "new" and like someone said above it just comes off real corny.

the sad fact is that he is one of the most talented of his generation. I will say one thing: JC of Nsync is a much better vocalist than Punk Ass Bitch will EVER be.

Lol the version I saw had better angle...Not really great but not that bad. Cool arrangement too. But he didn't have to put too much effort the overwhelming awesomeness of this song was already enough to make those people dance anyways!

Looks like Justin figured its safe to come out of the proverbial closet now as a die-hard Michael Jackson fan, being that the man has been dead for almost four years.

Exactly.

When his last album came out, he tried to fake like MJ was not a main influence for him.

I CANT with Justin... and his fickle behind.

His not horrible ( but his talent is exaggerated and mostly dued to his producers) but there are much more talented artists. He just copies people.

I have heard wedding singers do a much better job of covering this track, and I don't mean it as a diss to them. What I'm saying is, Timberlake's vocals simply aren't that good shrug He's just mediocre in all aspects-vocals, dancing and looks. I'm so sick of him trying to convince everyone that he's the coolest, most down pop star ever.

And I hate that. I like JT but I still hate how he and a few other artists were so reluctant to admit MJ's influence on them.

Okay, JC is the bomb !!!!! bomb bomb bomb bomb. Now, him i like. His album may have been a schizophrenic output (see what i did there ?), but i liked the ride it took me on. He's a better vocalist than Justin, IMO. How come he doesn't make more albums ? Did someone (cough:Justin) blackball him ?

Yeah, it happened around the time JC's only solo cd came out. Actually, it was around the time of the Janet-Justin superbowl fiasco. JC's cd had come out at the same time and he had a lot of promising gigs lined up, including a few superbowl related ones and due to the Justin fallout, they were cancelled. Many in the Nsync fandom felt that Justin should have addressed this, but he did not.
