U know, ironically though orgers are bringing up shade Oprah was throwing at Michael Jackson, their live interview in 1993 is still the finest interview I've ever seen in my life.

Why do all these celebrities run to Oprah for a damn interview? neutral

and if this what she still wants to do,she should have just kept her old show. Why shut it down, and talk about the need to "move on",only to create another show where she's basically doing the same thing? lol

Way back in 2010 Oprah told the Media BEFORE OWN premiered, Before she cancelled her daytime show that she would be a part of her self-titled Network in some way but she wouldnt clock the same gruelling hours of a Daytime talk show.

When you think of the name Oprah you naturally think of Entertainment among other things. She help PROMOTE a lot of Mega-stars shows, CD's, Movies, Books, and countless projects. They should be MORE than happy to sit with her for an hour. She's not the Devil she's just The mighty O....

It was a turning point in Oprah's career & set the standard for all her other interviews after. The Jacksons to this day still trust her to interview them. Even after her views on Mj. They still love her.Especially Katherine.

Anywho back to the topic at hand

Usher & Tameka Custody Trial Update: Judge Rejects Her Request

tameka & usher*Sorry Usher. She’s not giving and and she’s not going away. <img src=" />

Usher’s ex, Tameka Raymond, and her latest request for a retrial in her custody battle with the singer was rejected by the judge in the case.

As we previously reported, Tameka filed docs earlier this month asking for another trial after Usher was awarded primary custody of the couple’s two kids.

Tameka claimed the judge is biased because she accepted campaign donations from Usher’s lawyer.

But this week, the same judge rejected Tameka’s motion — claiming it’s been public knowledge since 2008 that Usher’s lawyer donated to her re-election campaign … and if Tameka cared to look, she would have found out long before her custody trial.

As far as the judge is concerned … Tameka’s just a sore loser.

TMZ says sources close to Tameka tell them that she plans to appeal.

That's how I feel too though on the flip side... I'm a single woman with no kids interested in dating men with no kids while recognizing as I turn 30 that there's only a slim amt of men who are childless.
I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

I watched the first half hour of the interview. I just wanted to see if he was going to tell a bold-faced lie and say he never cheat on her. He went round and round the mulberry bush but he finally admitted that he was not faithful, although I think he claimed it was only during the separation? Which I don't believe. Any man who has the looks and charm of Usher and has his kind of bread, it's highly unlikely that he would be faithful to one person. It's not impossible but very highly unlikely. Any broad who marries or dates him better be prepared to share him. lol

Tee-hee! I work with this married man who looks and acts just like Usher. Only thing is he don't have Usher's money. All the women just fawn all over him because of his looks and sweet-talk. He's plowed thru half of the chicks we work with. lol

I watched the whole thing, and yes this irked me about him too. Instead of just straight answering the question, he would give this round-about answer and then eventually give his yes or no by the time he was done. This wasn't the only question he did this with. The main one he answered right off the bat was "Do you make love to your own music?" which is answer was yes.

The interview was okay. It was cool seeing his house and where his kids play. Looks like he and his mom can be a handful though. lol

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

Stymie

Oprah got her fame off tabloid television and that is the problem I have with her. Gossip. Getting in people's personal lives and not allowing hers to be gotten into like that. I don't care how rich she is or what other people think of her: she made her money off other people's misery.

And Usher: fuck him.

I don't know that much about Usher's music but he's not really a balladeer, is he? I don't recall him ever singing ballads. I believe every song I've ever heard him sing was uptempo dance songs. How can he make love to that stuff? confused

The songs he named were "Climax" and something else. I haven't listened to most of anything he's put out since "Confessions" and that's been a long time. The last song I liked by him was "Trading Places" and I forget which album that was on, but if was after Confessions.

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

Oprah Winfrey COVERS "FORBES" Magazine

Oprah Winfrey is among the hotshot moneymakers who covers FORBES "126 Billion Cover." See the photo inside and get deets on LaTocha Scott dishing on an Xscape reunion and see Jourdan Dunn on the cover of "i-D."

Back in June 26, FORBES Magazine put on the first-ever Forbes 400 Summit on Philanthropy, a gathering of 161 billionaires and near-billionaires who want to solve the world's problems. During a break, the mag snapped up a picture of 12 of the attendees and Oprah Winfrey, Bill Gates and Warren Buffett were among them.

The photo was taken by photographer Michael Prince in the Trustees Room at the New York Public Library. The net worth in the room was $126 billion! The pic covers the 30th annual Forbes 400 issue which ranks America's wealthiest people.

The Queen of Media has upped her on-air presence on 24-hour cable channel OWN, bringing in the network's biggest audiences with exclusive interviews with Whitney Houston's family, the Kardashian clan and fellow Power Woman Lady Gaga. Although the network has struggled with financial losses and disappointing ratings, this year it secured a deal with Comcast to earn subscriber fees and increase the number of households that carry it to 83 million. Winfrey's also revived some former hits. To the delight of publishers everywhere, her popular book club will return on OWN and online, with some updates to include e-book readers. She will also return to the big screen with a role in The Butler, a true story about a man who served eight U.S. presidents. Winfrey received an Oscar nomination for "The Color Purple" at the beginning of her career in 1985.

Oprah looks hot!! She gets better & better the older she gets...
