martini Toast to you sir.

Actually heard this one on a Late Ride Home.

Lee Ritenour...

...Boss City

Always respected Rit for his skill as a player but he never really touched me.
Jumped in the car that night, turned on the radio and this was playing. Had no idea who it was.
Started groovin'. At the end of the track the DJ said "Lee Ritenour". Almost ran off the road! lol

Another one heard recently during a Late Ride Home.

Eliane Elias...

Nice adds! I love Eliane Elias!

Love Ritenour's stuff, too, although I still remember your story about him in the music shop that time, lol

Oh yeah, that was f'd up!

You always hope that really skilled musicians like that have personalities to match.

Maybe it was just session stress that day! lol

Back to the topic, putting together something from the past that might fit the mood.

I should do a separate thread on this guy. Initially discovered him during the MOD FILE days.

His songs always sounded better than the others.
Come to find out that the "others" weren't musicians but computer game programmers.
He's written under various names - Radix, Sinespree, Rymdlego & Mosaik.
He's a musician from Sweden whose real name is Jakob Svanholm.

As Mosaik...

...Loell & Leandi

...Winternumb & Melo

As Radix...

...Emelie & Yendi

I guess that Ritenour album is also good for an Early Ride Away From Home.

This morning's track was a live version of this title tune...

Serve me up a nice glass of cognac on the rocks and I'm in bliss. Wake me up if I start napping.
