I didnt know Sly knocked up bandmate cynthia. But i figured there would be some sort of sexual tension with females in the group and all. And love triangles too.

I dont like Larry Graham. I just dont. His funk was shallow and corny, I dont know whats up tween him and Sly, but hey let me get to the root of it as a Sly Stone fan, knowing A, that Sly was alive, and B, Sly hasnt spoke to Larry in decades I thought it was both disrespectful and disappointment to watch Prince, Family Stone members and Larry play Sly stuff, with out Sly, an not even do it justice unexcusable. Im my mind, Graham is no more than a manipulator and hanger on, that Prince put on the pay roll cuz he couldnt buy or control someone as free and erractic as Sly, its like having Sly with out having to put up with Sly. Dont fake the Funk. Now I know why i never joined this site

Recorded it last night and watched it earlier. Great docu but it should have been longer.

I have a feeling that this will be the only docu to come to light. Those other 2 that were supposed to be released in 2009 and 2010 must be in the vaults. I'm not holding my breath.

Sly and Larry (supposedly) sleeping together really doesn't surprise me. Sly has talked about his bi-experiments in the past and realized it wasn't for him.

eek eek eek eek eek

Don't laugh at my funk
This funk is a serious joint

AS a witness to all three artists in a live setting in their finest form; I like Larry Graham especially his first three albums as Graham Central Station he is a bassisit extrodinair! However, having seen Prince with Larry Graham, and Sly and family with and without Larry Graham. Neither Larry Graham or Prince can match up to the creative funk and lyrical magic that was created when Larry and Sly composed and performed some of the greatest funk/rock/soul/pop classics of all time! They created a package that could not be denied!!!!! Too bad they all suffer from f...ed up egos!

I think it is okay to say this, a reunion tour would be a disaster. Sly's vocals have not weathered the storm, he isn't good for the stage & there is nothing wrong w/ that considering his age. Focus on studio-production/songwriting/arranging but the band needs to let Sly stay in his camper, he deserves to be left alone. I doubt he is really interested in playing Dance to the music/I wanna take you higher/Thank you/Family Affair etc

Legendary band but let's leave him alone, fellas. cool

Larry's funk was never shallow or corny.
