her album with Labelle has always been my favorite, next to Eli. The harmonization of that album is just spectacular.

I've seen some of her early appearances--I wish I could find more of her later performance footage....

Got her Greatest Hits recently and didn't know she was the original singer of It Gonna Take A Miracle. I became aware of her because Sara Bareilles paid tribute to her recently. I only knew 2 songs on there and miracle was one. I forget the other. Nice voice though.

She's not. It was The Royalettes.
