Writing for Clutch magazine, Britni Danielle takes serious issue with People's Most Beautiful Woman looking "seriously pale" in her photos for the magazine.

Whether you think Beyonce is black or not (I’ve never debated this, to me, she’s black), when the world sees her…they see a black woman–topping the charts, strolling through NYC with her baby, and cuddling up to her husband and enjoying the game. But the People mag photos have seemed to taking out one of her key elements: her color.

I’m not sure what they were thinking (perhaps selling more covers?), but not only does this particular picture of Bey look amazing pale (yes, she’s light-skinned, but she has color, c’mon), but her lips look awkward (non-existent?) and the picture they chose just makes her look…odd.

What’s not in doubt is that Beyonce is a beautiful woman; she’s an absolute stunner. Hailing her as “the most beautiful woman in the world” and then making her look very, very strange doesn’t seem like much of an honor to me. Bey deserved better than a picture that did little to tout her beauty.

God knows Ive tried my hardest to avoid commenting in this thread ...... because I'm really beating a dead horse with the subject matter.

But what folks fail to realize is their is a much BIGGER issue than arguing how beautiful allegedly Beyonce is with those images and just how she is portrayed in the media.

Personally, like Ive expressed before, there are millions of African American women that are naturally more beautiful not to mention JUST REGULAR WOMEN in general than Beyonce they just cant afford a thousand dollars for weave, makup artist, or stylists like she can and to be honest could less for all of that. The photos that folks have posted clearly shows Beyonce is attractive but very average looking as in you can find a million girls that look like her and million girls that look better than her. There is nothing uniquely stunning about her facial features (without makeup) and I find it rather childish how people are bashing people who dont find her ALL that attractive... Everyone is entitled to THEIR opinion and not everyone is going to feel the same way about everything or has to. Ive read through this thread and pretty much the folks that disagree with the article have made rational statements that are techincally true.

Technically beauty should be based on what you look like WITHOUT makeup but if that is the case everyone who wears makeup deserves to be the most beautiful women in the world since alot of posters seem to not take how women looks naturally in high regard which really is the true determination in how beautiful a woman really is... not what they look like WITH enhancements as the article is suggesting but then again most of these posters in here are stans with this stupid ass posts
