So true, but the operator was so rude and cold to her sister. That person needs to be fired.

Sometimes operators are just tehre to make a check they are dealing with fucking lives on the phone. And there are some that just don't care. The great workers of America

I saw it on TMZ earlier. At that point she didn't even know her brother was dead in the house as well.

As sad as this is-it's true. Some people don't need jobs where they have to respond to emotional situations.
