Marlon and Jackie singing lead????? They both had the weakest voices in the Jackson 5. Hey if there's a demand to see them Im not hating the have to make a living, but I think they will do better in Europe not here in the states.

Pretty much.... if they want to do a reunion they all should at least participate.. Doing one show is different from doing an entire tour... And like alot have said they are fairly weak in the vocals department... they should bring along Jermaine and Randy but its no telling what these Jacksons will do

Randy and Jermaine weren't on X Factor either, along with Tito, Jackie, and Marlon.

Considering that the main attraction to the J5 or the Jacksons is gone, I don't think they could afford to fracture the group anymore than it already is and expect anyone to show. I applaud them for wanting to tour now but they should've been touring decades ago instead of waiting on Lil/Big brother Michael to join them.

So, if they can't get all of the remaining brothers to perform, I say it ain't worth it. There may be an audience out there willing to support a Jacksons tour but it may not be the numbers they're anticipating though. They would have to suck up any ego left from the early 80's and do smaller venues.

I've always been proud of Tito pursuing his blues career in spite of the uncertainty of his brother touring plans. (I'd still like to hear Prince and Tito playing some blues one day, just for the heck of it) Yeah, I know Tito isn't in the same league with the Purple man but still, I think it would be cool to see/hear.

It'll suck,but at least they finally figured out that if they want to make money,they need to actually 'work' for a living

What's that? Not many people know Marlon's or Jackie's solo material, and that is not much in itself. Marlon has one album, with a couple of R&B hits. Jackie has a little known Motown album, and a little known 1980's album. I doubt they can do much of a concert with Body, Wait, & Wondering Who. Even on the 2300 Jackson Street album, most of the leads were Jermaine. Tito can do his blues material.

Jackie, Tito and Marlon don't have hits on their own, that's all the music they can do to perform... they were always in the background. It's like Mary Wilson of the Supremes. No one knows Mary for her solo material, the only reason people still see her is because she was a member of the Supremes and she sings the Supremes songs so I can see them doing Jackson 5/Jacksons records live. Not like it hasn't been done before by other groups when the famous lead singers either leave or die.

If they're smart, they'll do club dates and venue dates. That way they can bring in their own income rather than just getting performance royalties from their Jackson 5 work and publishing royalties from their Epic recordings.

I understand that but majority of the songs are Michael's solo hits, I can see if they were performing songs from the jackson 5/jacksons days but they're not that well known in europe like michael, janet, and to some extent jermaine and latoya. plus they have to see if they can get someone to sponsered the tour first
