Based on the pictures it is obvious what he considers "classic".

He didn't use the term "Classic".

That's what I decided to add and use as a thread title.

I simply used the photos because they were already well formatted.

Yes, his photos are of all white artists.

But as you see, this thread has eclipsed that.

Wow! eek If I passed him on the street today I wouldn't recognize him. Funny how age can fundamentally change some people and not others--like Clint Eastwood, for instance.

Sinéad O'Connor and Peter Gabriel look TOO different than when they were young...

I don't think I would recognize Debbie Harry or Carlos Santana if I ever saw them on the street...

Jon Bon Jovi is old but still perfectly fuckable/fuck-me-able lol

Actually Debbie Harry is quite recognzable as herself...although older. I just saw her in person close-up at a concert a year or so ago and she looked great for her age--with total recognition. wink

Well, I remember watching an interview with her on youtube...

It was with the same interviewer, interviews inside a living room and walking down the street intercut... I have to admit that she does look like my grandmother without makeup lol

Don't get me wrong, I love her, but at the street scene she was walking and talking to the interviewer, on a bridge, and there were all those people passing along and not one looked at her! mad

That picture is not from 1971, it's from their 2008 reunion album. Patti didn't have the nose job in 1971. lol
