New Madonna tour leaked?

New Madonna tour en route?

A leaked document has suggested the Queen of Pop, Madonna, is on her way to Australia.

A leaked itinerary of the iconic pop star's next world tour has been sent by an anonymous music industry insider to a Madonna fan site in the US.

The email contained a photo of the 2012 tour schedule printed on an official letterhead from promoter Live Nation.

According to the photo, which is yet to be confirmed by Madonna or Live Nation, the tour is set to be announced at a press conference in Beverley Hills on Monday, October 31.

"What we have been sent is also a likely first tour itinerary draft," the drownedmadonna.com stated.

The draft schedule indicated the Australian leg of the tour will kick off in Sydney on April 5 at ANZ Stadium and include shows in Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide before ending at Perth's Patersons Stadium on April 24.

Her Madgesty has been preparing her return to music in 2012 since it was announced in July she had begun work on her 15th studio album.

In August, alcohol brand Smirnoff released details on its website regarding an international dance contest indicating that successful finalists would be dancing with Madonna.

Terms and conditions outlined that participants must have 12 month validity on their passport from March 2012 and make themselves available to travel all over the USA, South America, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

The Hung Up songstress has not released an album since 2009 instead channelling her creative energy into her film career and fashion line, Material Girl, a collaborative project with her 15-year-old daughter Lourdes Leon.

Madonna was scheduled to bring her Sticky & Sweet show to Australia sometime during 2008 or 2009 but reportedly cancelled due to the global financial crisis.

Her last performance in Australia was for her Girlie Show tour in 1993 to promote her fifth album Erotica.

In an age before online ticket sales, 90,000 tickets to her Sydney show were sold in one hour.

More than 160,000 fans in Melbourne paid to see one of her three shows at the MCG while 40,000 Adelaide fans packed the Adelaide Oval to watch her perform her then hit singles Vogue, Holiday and Like A Virgin.

Madonna has never played in Perth.

Madonna to perform in Israel in 2012?

Two years after rocking Tel Aviv's Yarkon Park, Queen of Pop may return to Jewish state as part of new concert tour
Or Barnea
Published: 10.10.11, 08:17 / Israel Culture

Two years after rocking Tel Aviv's Yarkon Park with two concerts, Madonna may be returning to Israel as early as next year.

Madonna's new album is expected to be released on March 2012. Its first single will be released in the beginning of the year.

The concert tour, which will be launched immediately after the album's release, will be sponsored by Smirnoff Vodka under the banner, "Smirnoff Nightlife Exchange." As part of the cooperation with the brand, a contest will be held between 50 countries asked to select a dancer to present the country's culture and nightlife.

Israel is among the 50 participating countries, and Madonna is expected to cooperate with an Israeli dancer. However, the contest does not guarantee that the singer will perform in each of the countries the dancers come from.

Meanwhile, Ynet has learned that talks are being held to bring Madonna back to Israel. According to a source associated with the international production, the requested date is April 2012.

Madonna's last concerts in Israel were produced by Shuki Weiss together with international concert manager Marek Lieberberg, who will also be in charge of the singer's next tour.

The Queen of Pop performed in Israel on September 1-2, 2009, in two concerts which concluded her Sticky & Sweet tour.

Shuki Weiss' office declined comment.

Rumours: Madonna’s World Tour 2012

Madonna’s upcoming album release date, April 2012, is still far away, but rumours are already talking about possible locations for her next world tour.

According to Israeli news website Ynet, talks are currently being held to bring Madonna back to Tel Aviv, Israel. According to a source associated with the international production, the requested date is April 2012.

Italian newspaper La Reppublicca reports that Madonna will perform in Milan on June 14 and should be taking place at the San Siro stadium.

Slovenian website portal 24ur talks about a possible date at Zagreb‘s Maksimir stadium next summer.

Spanish website Ventana Indiscreta even mentions Barcelona as a possible destination.

Last month, French magazine Paris Match said Madonna had already booked “Le Stade de France” in Paris for September 2012.

Finally we hear that a concert in Nice is planned at the Charles-Ehrmann stadium, next summer.

All of those are only unconfirmed rumours, but still quite exciting ones…

I think this is fake. There a lot of reasons why it will be fake. There is so I know 2 or 1 friday in the list, and Madonna never works on friday because of Kabbalah.

Also Madonna will not only perform in stadiums in USA, for sure. She always will perform in arena's too in USA. Like MSG, NYC. that is not even on the list.

And the National stadium in Singapore is closed till 2014.

And a stadium in London is booked during the Olympics season. Well. we all know that they almost need all these stadiums in London, so I don't believe that Madonna can peform in that stadium. lol

Also already 3 stadiums(Amsterdam Arena in Amsterdam, Netherlands, ANZ Stadium in Sydney, Australia, and Mt Smart Stadium in Auckland, New Zeland)
denied that it's booked by Livenation on these dates.

So I guess this list turns out to be fake.

Album release date isn't even confirmed , not even the single.

So no promotion , why the hell shall she do that?

It will be very dumb, imo.

That list is definately incomplete. No LA or NY date? I can't beleive that. If she comes to Detroit, I don't care what kind of show it is: I'm going.

As for the dream setlists, I don't know that ANYONE is ever giong to challenge her to pull out any surprises like "Confessions" did with "Erotica (You Thrill Me)". I miss that guy...what's his name? She made a great album with him, drained him and left him to die? What's his face?

I listened to "'Til Death Do Us Part" the other day (not intentionally..Madonna on shuffle) and that would be an excellent surprise. The list is very impressive....but remembering the last tour, one surprise song (which would more than likely be an old hit) would good enough for me. I think we'll get MAYBE 5 pre-"Ray Of Light" songs. It wouldn've been amazing to tour for "Celebration" (but obviously she didn't want to give that release that much attention....a remix music video? Not exactly trying to get another hit song) if she didn't go too heavy on the "Ray of Light" to present material.

Exactly. She needs to bring out some stuff that's not overplayed on the previous tours. This time around,I can do without "Music" and "Ray Of Light".Love those songs but she needs to let them rest for awhile lol She ignores so many of her 80s hits...."Dress You Up","Angel"...even "Crazy For You" would be cool to hear again.Hell,I'd love for her to bring out something really rare, like "Spotlight".

I would love the have another tour just as good as Confessions or even better, that's still one of her best tours ever, imo.

Also this performance is one of her best performances ever.

I agree, the Confessions Tour is one of her best tours....it's better than 'Drowned World','Re-Invention' and 'Sticky And Sweet'.Old songs like "Lucky Star","Erotica" and "Like A Virgin" were given excellent makeovers, sounding fresh and vibrant. The "Music Inferno" performance was so campy and fun!! There were alot of good ideas that were executed on this tour.Even the 'rock' portion of this show ("I Love New York" and "Ray Of Light") was outstanding. The songs on COADF worked extremely well in a live setting.

Drowned World was a very edgy, adventurous show....it was more like a dark Broadway play than a concert.I went to both nights in Oakland lol Very entertaining, but Confessions was a much more satisfying show.

I agree.
I really hope on a tour just as great as Confessions Tour, I know she can do it.
But I really have a lot of faith in it. Cuz for the album she works with William Orbit, etc. She definitely will go back into the artistic side of her, and the artistic side will come back in the tour, i guess.

^^ really? eek I think S&S was her best tour since The Blonde Ambition Tour!!! it had humor, many different songs from each album, good remixes, a good stage, upbeat dancers, variety, hip-hop, techno, dance, pop, rock, a deranged folkie/gypsy section, etc. It was, at the very least, unpredictable, and that's always a good thing

Confessions Tour: good, but too predictable, cold techno sound, too many songs off Confessions, slighty arrogant attitude by M, AND way too many dancers outstaging the queen...

Reinvention Tour: bullshit, pure and simple. Her worst tour, touring one of her lesser albums...

Drowned World: hmm, not bad, but it felt like a safe, random "pop hits" tour, I mean, the Ray of Light songs were highlights, and I truly like the rendition of "Gone" (cowboy hat and all), but the rest was...unremarkable

Girlie Show: I don't like the look Madonna had at that time, set-list too short, and not enough "sex" (despite trying to be an X-Rated tour), if you're going to do a "sex tour"...then do it all the way down!
