Born To Sing VS. Ooooooohhh....On A TLC Tip

Since some of you pot-stirring music fans want to put these Versus Threads into overdrive, here is one thread of my own.

I always saw TLC first album as Left Eye's debut rather than a group album. So based on that, EnVogue wins. lol

Forreal, I was just listening to that album last week and it showed me just how tough EV's harmonies were and how strong of a lead vocalist each lady was. No girl group can compare.

Terry's Just Can't Stay Away

Dawn's Waiting On You

Part Of Me is the first time a girl group has shared LEAD vocals that I can recall.

Stevie Wonder = EARTH
Prince = WIND
Chaka Khan = FIRE
Sade = WATER

First off..GOOD ONE

I have to go with Born to Sing. I LOVE TLC, but their first one is a tad too one dimensional to my ears..

Good music makes me happy.

This contest really points the light to how limited TLC's talents were. Hands down, Born To Sing.

NaQu

Both albums are so completely different that I cannot - and will not - compare, contrast and choose. Each gives the listener something fullfilling in their own rite. They cannot be compared.
