PLEASE do!

Not that they were strangers to insanity, but eversince MJ's death, that vaseline factory of a family have been parading their foolishness consistently, to the point where it seems like they're in a competition.

I just wish folks would ignore those greasy attention seeking whores.

They all seem to suffer more or less because of their life and dysfunctional upbringing IMO (including Michael).

Agree. Each one of them seem to have one issue or another. It's just that some issues are worse than others. I do know that Randy went through a lot before he was 21. Michael came across very protective towards him.

I've never heard of Marlon having any problems other than going bankrupt in the 1980's. I did hear that he would sometimes avoid the rest of the family and moved away from California to do this.

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

Yes I agree...there are interviews with Michael as well as the Glenda tapes that supports this. Not only that, Michael seemed to lean mostly towards Randy during the trial and weather Randy crashed through the gates to see Michael or not post trial it seems as if Randy and Michael still talked to each other as oppose to other family members. La Toya claims in her new book that she didn't see Michael after the trial until they met at the family gathering in May 2009. But she said Michael and Randy talked. Among other things Randy supposedly was the one who told Michael that La Toya was writing a new book in 2008.

1. It's common knowledge that Marlon suffered more physical abuse from Joseph than Michael ever did. But Michael's case gotten the most public attention since he was known as the most sensitive of the 9 Jackson siblings. It's still amazing that Marlon was able the have an excellent personal life despite the circumstances growing up under the spotlight of the industry.

2. As for normal upbringing (and I say "normal" loosely!), the only sibling that really had one was Janet. Her only real f***-up in life was getting married at a young age (the marriage itself only lasted 6 months). If Janet has other major flaws in character, she hidden them well thus far.

3. The personal lives of Jackie, Jermaine, & Randy were hot messes for years. Until recently, you figured that Jermaine was the worst of the three of them. But now with the recent reports of Randy's past problems with alcohol & sexual lust, he may have moved up to the status of "worst sibling".

4. Although Rebbie is OK, she suffered by watching/hearing things falling apart for most of her younger siblings.

5. LaToya is crazy. Enough said.

6. Will Tito ever get the credit AND respect he deserves for being THE founder of The Jackson 5/The Jacksons as a musical act?!?

#6 is definitely important. Tito never got his just due in that regard. Had he not broken his dumb father's guitar string...

Who the hell knows what his personal life is like. I've heard some gossip that would put him in the Randy category of life problems.

Damn, even a miniseries wouldn't be enough to do justice to the drama that is the Jackson Family.

They need a whole series like Dynasty or something. eek

Me either. That's actually one of the oddest rumors concerning a Jackson but not surprising. I mean he did file for bankruptcy back in the '80s but he was reportedly involved in real estate. I wonder what wild rumors go on about Marlon.

He also had a claim in the Black Family Channel, which was basically TV One before TV One.

At THIS moment, I'm so ashamed of Randy! disbelief sad

Jackie & Jermaine were NEVER this controversial.

It's no wonder why Michael sometimes needs to get the hell away from all of his siblings (except for Janet) and just stay focus on his solo career without any promises of a Jacksons reunion. All of that dysfunctional family drama is just profound sad. neutral

Sad disbelief

You're right it was never confirmed it was that Marlon Jackson working at the store, it was probably some other guy with the same name working there. And as far as I know Marlon does have a lowkey, drama free private life who is still married to his first wife. Never heard or read anything about him sleepin around or being abusive. He is A-ok in my book nod

It seem to me as if Marlon's heart stopped being in music after that album didn't do what it did. Marlon took its failure to come to the conclusion that it was already too late for him. He should've remained a music producer though.

I always believed that Marlon, Michael, and Jackie got the brunt of Joe's discipline. You could hear it in the Marlon's voice during the second episode of the first episode of the reality show

go to 7:10

"We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

From a business standpoint, I always knew Joseph favored Michael & Jermaine as co-lead vocalists of The Jacksons versus Michael being promoting by record label execs & the tabloid media as THE only vocalist.

Actually, Marlon is doing well today. He's into real estate and owns a grocery store chain. He used to own a Christian television

network, but sold it. Now he's planning on building a resort and slavery museum in Nigeria. http://prince.org/msg/8/345421

"...Marlon Jackson ultimately gave up music, however, becoming a real estate agent in Southern California. Later, he became a part-owner

of the Black Family Channel, a cable TV network designed to bring family-friendly programming to an African American audience..."

Marlon Jackson
