damn, no one's interested? seems like if it ain't about the jackson family or some

obscure 80s disco, no one cares.

superb promo for the album, can't wait to hear the whole thing.

also quite curious about this being an 'app album', with each song being available

as an app. production by michel gondry. tripple drool whammy right there.

i'm sure there will also be a regular retail version of the album tho.

cannot freakin' wait. haven't been this excited about new bjork since i heard the

bell choir mix of "who is it".

I really like this song--makes me look forward to the new album. I'm always interested in Bjork's musical experiments with sound and poetry. Been listening to her since the 90s. biggrin

The ending was crazy. I'm not the Björk fan I used to be, but I'll still get the album when it's released.

Not sure about this, her voice grates, as does the drum&bass bombast. Thought there were moments of astounding beauty on Medulla, but Volta.....

I like it.

It reminds me of Volta and Vespertine. It's a beautiful song. Bjork is one of those rare artists that has created her own musical universe. Hearing a similarity between this song and past works, which isn't a bad thing in this case, only cements that idea.

Love that ending! And the lyrics.

This is cool. I'm a Bjork fan. This new song reminds me of her earlier works for some reason. A good thing though. I get a Post vibe from it. Sounds more accessible than some of her more recent works.

I hope she releases new album in 5.1 surround sound as I have her whole catalog in 5.1 smile

I love that song she did "Sod Off", it's epic, and she can absolutely sing her ass off, her voice is appallingly good, but I could never really get into Bjork because she always felt inauthentic to me, like she was trying as hard as possible to appear weird and deep and different.

it's more of the same from bjork, imo, but at least this sounds like an actual song, a pretty good one at that.

It goes on for far too long and seems, to my ears, quite repetitive. (The ending is pretty badass, however. : P)

To be quite honest, I still long for a sequel to the magnificent Vespertine. That album is pure genius! I know something like that would probably never happen, but oh well. I can dream.

I actually think that this song comes closest to the
vespertine sound than anything she released lately.

It's somewhat harder and louder, but the elements of
vespertine are there, more so than on volta or DR#9
or medulla.

Though I'm hoping here. I also want an album along
the lines of vespertine, more than anything from her.

Let's keep our fingers crossed.

Fair enough. I've always considered her kookiness to be somewhat forced yet I still can't resist some of her work.

That said, Vespertine was the last album of hers that made me wet.

Nah, I don't want an album like Vespertine 'cos, you know, she's done that. It's called Vespertine. I want something fresh. biggrin

Hm. Not really for me I guess. I really like Björk, but I got pretty tired of that drum n' bass in 1997.

I actually think it sounds more like a remix with a really great (and unheard) original somewhere in the mix.
